SDCC Custom Bart Qee

Just wrapped up painting on a Fig for Toy2R.

The Figure will be displayed (and I think up for auction of some sort) at SDCC for the release of the 10" Bart Simpson Qee from Toy2R (booth 4152 in Huckleberry Toys).

In case you were wondering...

I haven't been posting because I've been sick after the con.

It seems the only time I ever get a break is if I get sick.

So all I've been doing is sitting watching turner classics while I cough up a lung.

I think I'll make it up with some drawings of classic film stars and starlets.



But either way over the weekend I should be getting things back in full swing.

While on that note... San Diego

I will be at the San Diego Comic Con. I'll be in Artist ally, and I'll be bringing a selection of stuff with me. But if your looking for t-shirts or commissions better to e-mail me ahead of time.

Paradise Con update...

Well less then 24 hours till the con. and I'm already overbooked on commissions, and sold out of new t-shirts.

That's a new record for me.

But I'll be taking pre-orders for the next batch, of diner girl shirts, and I'll try and make up a few more of red zen guns, during after con hours if I have the time.

I'm gonna try my hand at doing more warm up exercises. Or at he very least posting them. I've practiced in this way many times, playing with brushes I've created, speed painting, sketching for fun. For a while there and still at times I get so busy I'm over booked and warm up exercise comes in the form of switching back and forth between sketching for one thing while painting another.
